2. What we collect and why

We only collect the data you give us through the contact form or the communication channels we make available (name, email, phone and the content of your message). We process it for the following purposes:

• To handle your enquiry, contact request or booking.
• To manage our relationship with owners and guests.
• To answer the questions you put to us.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you send us your data and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract when you request information about a booking or service.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your request and afterwards for the periods required by law. Once it's no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To deliver the service we may rely on technology providers (web hosting and communications) acting as data processors under the appropriate contract and with adequate security safeguards.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@grupolacasita.es, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
